In this opening scene of Rocky 2 it shows the journey from after the his first fight with Apollo Creed. This is done to show that this film continues straight on from the first film. During the opening scene you can see that the ambulance is going at a fast speed and this shows perhaps that both fighter need attention quickly. Overall this shows how gruelling and vicious the fight was between the boxers.
